You can find them in the sea or rivers and St kilda mangroves that’s north of Adelaide.

 

Why are ecosystems important?

Today we are going to aquatics on Monday and Tuesday! It’s gonna be fun!

My first activity was snorkelling we on the first snorkelled along a little bit of reef in the shallows but saw lots of different things. It was epic and fun because we saw little fish and big fish lots of other fish also. We also saw Seastars and they were cool. Then the next day we went down to the big reef. There was lots and lots of fish! One bit me and I touched one. They swam around us and we learnt how to duck dive. And it was great we also saw a crab, seastar, fish lots of fish, sea sponge and more! It was great!

My second activity was wave-surfing. On the first day we learnt how to paddle and about safety and then went into the water. Then the next day we got everything ready and went straight into the water. We paddled over to the reef then a bit back in an practised standing up! It was great and fun!

 

Above all it was fun and I hope to do it again.
